Cami Adams
Cami is the Gulf Coast Field Technician based in the Florida panhandle. Her responsibilities include assisting in rare plant surveys, seed collections, demographic data collection for rare plant populations, and vegetation assessments. Her previous contributions include entomological surveys at Deer Lake State Park as part of the coastal dune lake habitat restoration project, funded by the National Fish and Wildlife Federation through the Gulf Environmental Benefit Fund. She holds a B.S. in Cell & Molecular Biology from Auburn University where she found her love of plants in a plant developmental genetics research lab. Her passion for the outdoors and protecting native ecosystems led her from the laboratory to pursue conservation work in the field.
