Membership Cards

How do I obtain my membership card and guest passes?

As of March 1, 2023, the Garden has transitioned to digital members cards via eMembership Card by InfiCare Technologies (Museum Anywhere), a free mobile app. For more details and step-by-step instructions to download your digital card and shareable guest passes, please click here.

If you cannot access digital cards and guest passes and/or if you prefer physical cards and guest passes to be mailed to you, please submit a request form.

What is my member number?

As of March 2, 2023, all current members, lapsed members, and previous members from 2018 to present have been sent an email containing a new and permanent Membership ID#. Your Membership ID# will remain the same throughout your membership years, even if you have periods in which your membership lapses. Please use your Membership ID# and the last name of the primary cardholder on the verification page before you renew, purchase tickets, register for classes, or RSVP online for member events. If you misplace your Membership ID#, you will be able to retrieve it on the verification page using the email address you have shared with the Garden. Please help us to keep our records precise by using your Membership ID# at renewal, and for all of your online member needs- this prevents the creation and confusion of duplicate member records.

Membership Level Benefits

If one named member is visiting and the other is not, you may bring a guest. If both named members are visiting, you must use a guest pass for any additional guests.

Who is covered under a Family membership and above?

Memberships at the Family Level and above cover two adults and up to eight children/grandchildren ages 3-17. Children under three are free.

Can my live-at-home college student use my membership?

Give your card to the caregiver for the day. If your caregiver wants to bring a guest, they must use a guest pass to cover the guests’ admission. Please note that caregivers are not allowed to visit without the children unless they are the named secondary on the membership.

I have a Family Plus membership, but I have not received my Botanical Express Ride on Train Tickets. When will I receive them?
